What really frustrated me was their complete lack of basic customer service. They could have at least acknowledged that my order wasn’t ready and informed me that I would have to wait. Instead, I stood around until 6:35 when they finally handed me my order, and there wasn’t even an apology for the delay or a simple “thank you.” It’s clear they don’t appreciate my business, so I won’t be giving it to them again. A little bit of customer service would really go a long way, especially when people are in a hurry for their food. Also, while they spoke in their own language, they should be aware that some customers are multilingual and can understand what they’re saying about the situation.
