Orders 2 hamburgers was charged was charged 9.48 got double chez burgers orders chicken sandwich lettuce onion tomato it's burnt and lookes a mess charged 5. 99 uneatable chicken bites and fries chicken burnt fries cold uneatable fish sandwich never got it large fries cold and half full tryed to call no answer going tommarrow. Want full refund I hope that goes smothly. Family get to eat left overs instead. Went back today customer service exceptional from leara and la'resa what a great team thank you. I'll definitely come back again

HORRIBLE!! A rude manager took our money and gave us our drinks and walked off. We watched as 2 employees walked around like they had no idea what they were doing.20 minutes later the same manager asks if we had paid yet. By this point there's a line in drive through and 3 people at the walk up with no one getting food. Iur food has been waiting by the window for sometime. She slings us our food and we had to ask for straws. She never apologized for the wait or anything. We checked our food and the burger wasn't done right. It was slopped together and the chili cheese fries which was the sole purpose that I went there were clearly old and they put extra fries on top. Our food was cold when we got it. We were gonna complain but the line was too long and no one was really being waited on at the walk up and they had the second drive thru side closed. So that was a $30 loss. I don't know what is going on at this location but they lost our service forever.

I stopped checking on these to work around 330 on the way and ordered only 3 chili dogs chili. they all looked like the chili was from the bottom of the pot and burned and looked dry. what a disappointment, and the employment of the employees was seriously missing. what a waste of hard earned money.

Absolutely the worst Checkers. I try time and time again to give them another shot but they always disappoint. I don't think I've ever gotten a correct order from here. Who ever was working the window made us order from the window and couldn't even remember what we ordered the second after saying it. We repeated our order back to them several times, they said they had it correct, and guess what? Wrong. Every time.

Ordered some food through the drive through, and got some cold fries. Didn't even bothered to turn back around bcuz I was in a rush. Next time I will most definitely check my food before I pull off.
