This last Sunday, the 7th august and the manager there has regrettable customer service and does not know how to talk to customers. a worker much less a manager should not scream or frustrated to customers if just ask a question. regardless of what stress they have or if there is a busy day they are a representation of burger king. I didn't get the name, but she seems to be a great hispanic dame that worked the day shift. my friends and I don't want to go back. To be honest, they should rethink someone else for the position to win the customers. bad customer service affects profits for long. the old black man who worked on this day was much more beautiful and kept a smile on his face. they just stay away when they are there or they all stay together. they can better customer service in other almost food chains.
Serious service, waited away to my food too long and above it saw a pack of cigarettes back where they cook the food!

First of all let me begin by saying that when it’s early early morning the first thing a customer DOES NOT need is to be greeted with a negative attitude. I arrive to the drive thru and the worker, whom I later found out to be named Ashley, spoke on the speaker in such a unwelcoming tone. Hungry Burger King is one of my favorite quick breakfast spots I decided to proceed. I place my order for my first item and she responds, just as rudely “is that it” I reply no because I also wanted a beverage needed something for my coworker.. so she says “ ok what else then?” At this point I just coffee and decided against anything else. I didn’t get the a thank you, total, asked my name Like other Burger King locations do. So I just pulled around.Once I get to the window She snatches the window open and asked in such a rude condescending tone “DID YOU TELL AT ME!!!” I said no, she continues to try to be combative so finally I say “Are you going to help me or not!!” She yells “NO somebody else can” and slams the window.I’m aware staffing is hard to come by but for a restaurant to be as well known and a household name as Burger King do you risk losing customers because you are retaining subpar employees? The Manager On Duty did come to the window and was very very polite and apologetic for that employee’s behavior but at that point I no longer wanted any food I couldn’t see being prepared out of fear of what was going to be done to it out of retaliation.
