Ms.Simone the Mgr was Amazing very helpful and Professional. Went on the day BK was offering 37 cent Whopper, only through the App. I tried Unsuccessfully several times in Store. Ms.Simone took over. After her Magic I was Able to Enjoy my 37 cent Delicious Whopper. Thank you Ms.Simone, Great Customer Service

The checkout was very friendly and professional. Unfortunately, the overall service was very slow and order is not properly filled and missing napkins and utensils! If the service time is slow and you have a longer than usual waiting time, the order should be made at least exactly with necessary utensils in the bag!

I'm sorry to say that something was wrong again, with my order was NOT as I ordered. I have the receipt now where I ordered a bacon double cheese burger OHNE PICKLE. Unfortunately, the young lady didn't hear I say the 3 times. No pickles, please. Three more times this month, in the same place, there were mistakes made on the staff side regarding my order. I speak very clearly, I speak loud enough for the person to hear, so my recommendation to the managers in this place is to ask potential young people 1) can they read? 2) is their hearing good? 3) Do they like people? This person should NOT be set if they do not answer any of these questions. I know they have to be trained and we should give them a chance... but a customer should not have to be in a facility 30 to 40 minutes after ordering a sandwich, and only three times say no pickles, please. I'll go on there until I can place an order and get exactly what I ordered. Thank you.
