Beef 'o ' Brady 's - Tampa

I was excited when I thought of a place that fit the bill perfectly! When we arrived, we were seated right away, and it wasn’t overly busy at the time. To my surprise, we found out it was trivia night! I didn’t see this coming, but I thought, why not? We could have some fun while enjoying our meal! It was nice to play just for fun and not take it too seriously. Plus, the trivia host took song requests, which was a nice touch. I had some great options in mind! We decided to loosen up a bit and possibly learn something new along the way, sparking conversation instead of just focusing on devouring my delicious burger. Speaking of which—it's been a while since I had a burger, and it was incredible! It was actually too big for me to take a full bite! As the night progressed, the restaurant got busier, but the staff remained absolutely wonderful and on top of everything. I’m sure things were quite hectic behind the scenes when a party of about 16 arrived out of nowhere. Unfortunately, my little one was turning into a bit of a pumpkin, so it was time for us to head out. Overall, we had a great time with fantastic food. It was a much-needed break and a fun experience for both of us. Thank you!

I'm generally not one to write negative reviews, but I won’t be returning to this restaurant. The staff was rude, and there was a guy shouting through loudspeakers, making it impossible to hold a conversation. When I asked the waitress for a refill of sweet tea, she told me I wasn’t allowed to have one. I ended up using my own refill instead. The waitstaff also hardly came to our table, and they accidentally spilled sauce all over my son's meal. On a positive note, a kind woman did help me by providing lids for my takeout box. Unfortunately, the other waitresses were far from helpful and seemed to ruin the experience.

We had a wonderful experience dining here late one night with my family. Our waitress was very attentive and made sure all our needs were met. She was friendly and quickly brought us everything we ordered, even while managing a few other tables. Excellent service! Our meals were delicious, and we all enjoyed every last bite. When she came to collect our dishes after dinner, she mentioned that our bill had already been paid by a previous customer. We were really touched by this gesture. To show our appreciation for her outstanding service, we ordered chips and salsa to go and tipped the waitress with what we had spent on our dinner.

Customer service seems to be a thing of the past, and it's no surprise I've been avoiding beef since before COVID. I called the restaurant tonight to place an order because I wanted to pay over the phone, rather than ordering online. The person who answered put me on hold for just over 15 minutes and never came back to check in. No matter how busy you are, there should always be someone available—like a host or manager—to handle the call. As we all know, 15 minutes feels like an eternity. I guess this level of service is becoming the norm, and unfortunately, beef is just another restaurant I’ll be giving up on.
