Applebee's Grill - Tampa

I used to enjoy Applebee's over the years, but I have noticed a decline in quality since the pandemic. Prices have gone up and it seems like they have removed some items from the menu, such as chicken wings.

I called the restaurant to inquire about job opportunities and was rudely dismissed by the manager. It was unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for potential new employees. I simply wanted to know when would be a good time to talk, as is common practice in job searches. The way they treated me was absurd and disappointing.

The experience was not the best, but our server tried their hardest to make it enjoyable. The service was quite slow and there was a clear divide between the host and the service staff, causing our table to wait nearly 20 minutes to order drinks. The food was up to its usual standard and the drinks were tasty.

Wait 10 minutes to get our drink waiting 10 minutes for a straw and not yet get my straw, I had to go into the bar and get one for me. Order our food and wait 30 minutes, now it's time for me to leave the few of us, just go and order them salat returned there before we got our after 50 minutes. we canceled our order. the man tried to explain my husband as saying we wanted to pay nothing but for our drinks. he as to try to say the drinks are on him my husband, when he said we will pay for our own drinks. we paid for our drinks and went. we never come back here? I do not recommend this place at all. service needs a lot of work and respect.

We had awesome time and the food and beverages were good and hot freshly prepared. The service was good.
