The Staff were very friendly and plesant The Food was hot Nice clean environment Fast service Cheap food

The food was horrible, my burger didn't taste like a burger it smelt like a dog, and our drinks were warm even with ice in it was horrible

On ordering we were told no milk shakes surprise surprise. machine broke )Food cold and both drinks flat when returning drink I was told all fizzy drinks don't have any fiz due to warmth outside and the machine broke lol, but couldn't understand why they were still selling fizzy drinks. ? . Will not be returning to this mcdonalds again.

Came through drive-thru and was served by a lovely gentlemen called Thomas. Dark hair, short build. Greeted nicely and was offered array of alternatives as milkshakes were down. Then, as if my experience couldn’t get any better, I was greeted kindly by a young lady named Paige (name tag said Kai but receipt said Paige with a heart) and she was engaging and made sure all condiments were in the bag, not afraid to ask if I needed any more. Very smiley, and the young man was also a joy. Both credits to the company. Well done McDonald’s for hiring such gorgeous people within your company.

I’m getting really sick of paying £1.79! Recent increase in price for a toffee latte and instead getting cold milky coffee ?? Seriously McDonald’s stop lining up your brews to go cold
