Canungra Services Club

This restaurant is a fantastic place with friendly staff and a tight-knit community atmosphere. Don't expect an extensive menu, but that's part of the charm of being in the countryside. I absolutely love it.

This restaurant has excellent service and delicious food. I highly recommend everyone visiting Canungra to stop by, chat with the friendly staff, and try the dinners.

Living walking distance from here, you think we would visit often. Last year, the food was great but the service was not. We were basically pushed out the door as we shovelled the last of our meals down. We decided to come back today in an effort to support our local RSL, of which we are members. Walking in was not welcoming. The meals were cold and an absolute disappointment compared to what they used to be. There was only 1 other table in the whole place and all we heard from them was how bad the food was while they picked chips off one of the diners plate. I want this place to succeed. I'm leaving this review in the hopes that things will improve (and because they have a sign asking for ratings). Please bring back the amazing chicken Parma with roast potatoes, fresh veges and mash potato! And if you must have a tip jar, how about donating to an appropriate cause?

We had previously eaten at the local hotel which was good.The only reason for the 1 star is that I needed to review this place.We decided to try the local RSL to support the local community.The service was non existent.The prices were high for what you received.The eye fillet was overcooked and smelled offensive. The sauce was out of a packet.The lamb shoulder was so overcooked on a bed of exceptionallt oily dressing it was inedible.Avoid at all costsWhen I told the staff as we were leaving how bad the food was she laughed in face.
