The red sauce here is the best I've ever tasted in South Florida, and it could easily compete with those in Brooklyn. The salad was fresh and vibrant, featuring a lovely mix of greens, cherry tomatoes, onions, and carrots. The garlic toast was a delightful change from the usual garlic rolls you find around here. The eggplant parmesan served with angel hair pasta was particularly impressive, beautifully presented. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Overall, this is a fantastic local Italian restaurant deserving of a solid 5-star rating.

The food was incredible, and the service was outstanding! I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday, and I was really impressed. I ordered the chicken Marsala and a small cheese pizza. While I wasn't a big fan of the dough, the pizza sauce was absolutely delicious!

I love this place!!! I have lived in the area for two years and have been actively looking for good Italian food and this is the place! I haven't tried the whole menu yet, but so far everything I had was delicious.

I used to eat at Milano Italian Grill all the time when my grandmother lived in Kings Point. I haven't eaten here in years, but it's still how I remember. Today I placed a lunch order for a large pizza with half eggplant. My order was ready on time and the pizza was tasty! While the sauce had a heavier wine flavor than I remember, I really enjoyed it as it stands out from other pizza places.
