Today we have tried out a group order that they have forgotten one of the orders, although we have an email confirmation number. Instead of trying to make it right, they said the person who is needed to order again should see a refund in 3-5 days for the first order that has never come. We order A LOT but had several problems seems Tallmadge JJ Management needs a few classes on customer service.
This place is terrible...from the service to the gross italian sub i ordered...yuck...who messes up a cold cut? They do especially by using their nasty homemade flavorless bread.....the food tastes like it sat out for awhile not fresh at all...overall i will NEVER go back! $15 bucks down the drain....smh
Tried a new restaurant today I never been to Jimmy John's before. The service was great it was a little more expensive than I anticipated they didn't have a whole lot to offer I can honestly say I've been the better places to live but it was decent I don't know that I'll be back anytime soon but for those of you who have been to Jimmy John's and love them down keep going. For those of you who has not tried Timmy John definitely give it a thought you'd might be surprised to what they have to offer look for me personally it did not impress me.
I ordered a sandwich and sat indoors. Got just what I wanted and everyone was nice and informative. Even though I came at a pretty slow time each person was moving around cleaning or preparing. Everyone always greeted and said have a great day. Good staff.
