Arby's - Tallmadge

Let me start with the staff was attentive the second we walked in. Staff was polite too. My order was placed as a to go order inside the store. The food....the food was COLD!! Ice cold, especially the fries! They had to make nuggets for my kids meals said it would take a couple minutes. That's fine. But why not make sure that all the food is fresh and hot. My sandwiches, the cheese didn't melt, they were out of tomato. They forgot all the dipping sauces. I spent $36 for cold food....not happy! Maybe the last time I go to Arby's!!

Probably one of my favorite Arby's, usually very quick and friendly service.

I ordered the Fish Deluxe no cheese. I paid for my order. I received my fish deluxe a few minutes later. I was roughly half way home when I decided to open the wrapper and eat my fish sandwich. I just wasted 5:49 the fish was old. It left an after taste in my mouth and lukewarm as if the fish was in a warmer longer than it should have been. Do you know how easy it is to cook a fresh fish? I hope that folks who read this think twice and check their food while still in the driveway. I was the only one in line. I will not be back. I wish there were half stars because clearly Arby’s does not deserve one star.

Had a great fish sandwich here today.was completed surprised in cut off guard by how good it was!
