We were visiting FSU and chose this hotel due to proximity. The front desk staff was very kind and welcoming. Our room was nice, but a little muggy. The room has a nice keurig, but would prefer disposable coffee cups just to ensure cleanliness. Bedding was crisp and clean and the beds were comfy. There is a fabulous pizza restaurant across the street.

The hotel is pleasant and the decor is fine, but we had a major issue with the parking. The parking is managed by a professional company based in Ft. Lauderdale, and a quick google search can provide more information. Unfortunately, we ended up staying in the parking garage for 37 minutes longer than allowed and received a $78 ticket in the mail. Our request for review was denied, and the letter that came with the fine mentioned the possibility of the debt being sent to collections. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

We had made a reservation for our room well in advance. Despite the check-in time being at 3:00, our room was not ready until 5:00. Guests who arrived after us were given rooms before us. There is really no justification for this, especially since Tallahassee is quite empty at this time of year. The staff claimed that they were fully booked just the day before.

I absolutely adore the wings and burgers at this restaurant. The staff is outstanding and the atmosphere has a fantastic vibe. Overall, I would give the food a perfect 5 out of 5 rating.
