Przekaż informację zwrotnąOrder showed up 20 minutes too late (over 1 1/2 hours after ordering) and lacked an item. called store, but they will not send the supplier back. only the missing thing would be reimbursed after 2 to 3 days. they do not provide text updates during the process, as stated. better place to get her food in town, but I thought I would give them a try.
FYI the manager just told me I should’ve used common sense and checked my order before I left and will not be compensated.
Expected delivery time, stated after order submission was over 100 minutes. For one cheese pizza.Called the store to see if I could pick it up and they said yes, that it was ready and I could come get it. We get to the store 4 minutes later and no pizza.Would not bother with this location. Absolutely awful.
Worst customer service ever! Will never order from this store again. Ordered through the app, but was delivered by a Door dash driver who did not know what my order was. Order came without the 2-L Pepsi I had ordered. Called store and my only option was to get a coupon for a free 2-L on next order or wait an HOUR for my 2-L after I had just wanted 1.5hrs for my order in the first place. Guy offered no assistance and no one checked to ensure my order was correct. This is not the first time my order from this store has come incomplete either. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE AGAIN! Cannot get orders correct and offer little options to fixing their own mistakes.
We had spinach alfredo pizza on Monroe street and the customer service was outstanding, the guy that made the pizza even brought us the pizza to our car straight out of the oven! The pizza was hot and fresh and delicious, .....I recommend to all!!! Thanks guys!
