A local recommended this coffee business, we went to the location on S. Adam's, space was open and airy and had that minimalist/kinda industrial vibe a lot of places have these days, music playing was hip indie rock. Person at register was very pleasant and had a cool gender fluid look. We got cold brews one with oat milk, one with almond milk and thought they were lacking in flavor unfortunately but the small almond milk latte was yummy. I looked but didn't notice any of the pastries in the cases to be labeled vegan but also didn't take the time to ask because I still had my delicious olive oil cake dessert left over from dinner at Black Radish!
Lucky goat has the BEST coffee in town, and best of all has oatmilk. I did not look at their pastries this time or peruse the menu for other vegan options, but 10/10 would recommend for coffee or tea. The only downside which pre-pandemic would not matter would be that no one was wearing a mask, however there are no mask mandates here and there is outside seating. 7/10/2021 Updated from previous review on 2021-07-10
A local recommended this coffee shop, so we visited the location on S. Adams. The space was bright and airy, featuring a minimalist, slightly industrial vibe that many places have these days. The music playing was some cool indie rock. The person at the register was very pleasant and had a stylish, gender-fluid appearance. We ordered cold brews with milk—one with regular milk, which didn't have much flavor, but the small milk latte was delicious! I glanced at the baked goods in the case, but I didn't see any specifically marked as vegan. I didn’t have the chance to ask since I was still savoring my delightful olive oil cake dessert from dinner at Black Radish!
