The waitress was very attentive and mentioned that she has been with the restaurant for 18 years, which speaks volumes about loyalty and dedication. My lasagna was cooked to perfection, and my sweet tea was just right—not too sweet and not too bitter. I also enjoyed the bread selections. This was my first visit to Little Italy, but it certainly won’t be my last!
Pretty decent spot overall. Very cute outdoor seating area with umbrellas and a burbling fountain in the midst of a rustic plaza. I got a meat calzone and it was pretty tasty, but some of my compatriots mentioned that the Alfredo sauce on their mealswasn't very creamy, flavorful, or filling. Perhaps a little too expensive for what I received.
We decided to try this restaurant since we were nearby. The outdoor seating looked inviting and cozy. There were four of us at the table, and the service was good. However, the food was just average; the pasta was slightly overcooked. The real deal-breaker for me was finding a hair in my dish—I had already eaten half of it before noticing. We finished our meal, paid the bill of $94.00, which felt a bit steep, and moved on. I didn’t mention the hair since I had already eaten so much. Unfortunately, this won’t be our go-to place in Tallahassee; we’ll keep searching for a better option.
AMAZING!!! Don’t miss out on this restaurant. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Now, let’s talk about the food—it's absolutely fantastic! The [specific dish] is seriously the best I’ve ever had. The stuffed [specific dish] was delightful, and our entire meal was truly the best Italian food in Tallahassee, no question about it. The tiramisu is fresh and perfectly balanced. I can't wait for our next visit!
The outdoor terrace was really nice and surprisingly busy for a Tuesday night. Many reviews praised the bread, and as a bread lover, I couldn't resist. I was torn between the lasagna and baked cannelloni but decided to stick to my original choice of lasagna. The woman at the register seemed to be authentically Italian and was very friendly. She recommended the lasagna, saying how much she loved it, and suggested I try the cannelloni next time. When I got home and dug in, the lasagna was still warm, although there were a few cold spots in the middle. Despite that, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I ended up finishing the entire container along with the amazing bread all by myself! I'm quite a picky eater, but I will definitely be back to try more items from their menu. They provide the perfect option for enjoying home-cooked-style food!
