I've had a few disappointing experiences at this restaurant where I had to return items and give feedback. However, today was a different story. When I received a remake, a lovely staff member (I wish I knew her name) was incredibly understanding and honest. The new dish was absolutely perfect, and she made sure I was satisfied before I left. I truly appreciated her friendliness; she is an amazing asset to the team, and I hope they recognize her value!
My experience at Dunkin' was just what I expected—decent breakfast and good coffee at reasonable prices. However, after this morning, I'm hesitant to return. The last thing I want at 8 AM is to deal with a manager who is harshly reprimanding her staff about minor issues. It was uncomfortable and seemed unnecessary, and I doubt it was appreciated by anyone present. I’m not entirely sure how management works at Dunkin', but in my previous jobs in the food industry, it was the manager's responsibility to support their team and maintain a positive environment. This was very unprofessional, and I hope she won't be in that position for much longer.
They asked for no whip cream they gave me, pfeife it ruined the drink for me speck is precooked gum in syrup melted again in the microwave after warming up asked for a carmel egg sarg and they put pumpkin seasoned gum in it car drive through seeing how the humming went through it with a circular saw and her is a huge gas wall that is
If I could do less than one, I would. The hospitality industry, if I may, has ceased to exist as we once knew it. I wanted coffee, just coffee. I came up to the drive-thru and saw LATTES!! Whoo hooo, the game was a foot!! The young lady came on and asked if I was ready to order, the rest of the story is apparently all my misinterpretation of what was actually happening. She was brief with me, rudely so, to the point where I simply drove off to avoid anymore contention, when I pulled out to drive away she yelled out the window HAVE A BLESSED DAY! Now here in the south we have some creatively passive aggressive ways of calling people out-but, we ALL know what they mean, well, bless your heart Is a big one have a blessed day is another and after that exchange, it was basically a f$?k you, no if 's and 's or but 's. I called to complain and was put on the phone with the same person with whom I had the exchange, who, of course, explained to me that they were simply trying to get my order right, and that they didn 't understand why I drove off. When I explained that She repeated the order back to me and I agreed with it, she went on and explained that I just took her the wrong way and that she apologized for my misunderstanding her. If I looked up passive aggressive exchange in the dictionary I 'm pretty sure THIS would be an example. So, it 's my fault you were brief, rude and condescending in your have a blessed day . I told her I didn 't want to argue and she told me to Come back if I ever wanted to. Nice. I called corporate Was on hold for 15 minutes When they did answer they Asked my name And then disconnected me. Im beginning to see that this is the systemic corporate **** show that has altered the DNA of the food and beverage/hospitality industry. Corporate is not responsible for its franchisees Franchise 's don 't hold managers responsible And managers do not hold employees accountable. A lack of ownership across the board. I won 't be back, it won 't effect them whatsoever and we will all pay the price for the overall incompetence of these companies. Ugh...
