Haven't been to Coldstone in years!!! Wa craving a sweet treat the customer service was immaculate. Highly recommend

The ice cream was amazing BUT the service was so poor ! The young man who works at night is not so very nice ! His attitude is horrible towards paying customers. Every time I come in I’m charged accordingly to the staffs moods . Some days my like it is 8 dollars some days it’s 12 for the same exact thing . I’m really disappointed tonight .

So aggravated. Awful customer service I placed an online order for a quart of “cookie doughnt you want some”. Went to eat it a few hours later and guess what wasn’t in it? Cookie dough. So I called the store and the girl told me cookie dough was out of stock. Then the manager called me and said someone must have forgotten to put it in. Not sure why the deception? Either way I spent $15 on a quart of mostly vanilla ice cream and the only thing they could offer was $1.5 off my next purchase. Horrendous customer service. Make sure you watch closely while your order is made and don’t use the order ahead feature unless you plan to inspect your purchase in the store

The posted hours say 12-11 yet at 3:45 they were not open. They answered the phone but said they don't open until 5. When asked why it says 12-11 online and on the door she just repeated we're closed. Update your hours please. Wasted trip.

Tried shakes and take away ice creams. Really good experience and the staff are super friendly. Everything is customizable for your own liking. Very satisfied with my purchase.
