Chipotle Mexican Grill - Tallahassee

I organized a work dinner and wanted a quick option, so I decided to try the new Pollen-Asada dish. I really enjoyed the lime flavor, and it wasn't too spicy, which was nice. However, I was disappointed when the food took about an hour to arrive. That's never a good sign when it comes to food preparation. The taste was great, but it's hard to feel good about the experience when the service is slow.

The food is excellent, but the management closes the dining room too early. I visited on Friday, October 14th, at 7:45 PM, and only takeaway options were available, even though the closing time was 10:00 PM. The line was long, and all the tables were removed and placed in the back. The staff did not allow seating inside or outside, leaving people without a place to sit while they waited to order.

This restaurant has really declined in terms of service. The portions are small, and I don’t feel comfortable ordering online since my orders are often messed up. During my last visit, I received a tiny portion of guacamole. When I asked for more, a staff member slapped me and pretended to refill my order. I'm very disappointed with their service and believe the management needs to address these issues. Additionally, they forgot to give me my receipt.

My online order was 30 minutes too late, and instead of apologising, they told me I would have expected it because, how busy they are. so stupid of me, actually expecting them to be somewhere near ontime with their order! I picked it up for someone else, but I personally am not impressed by the quality of eating last time I had eaten here. it is so salty that it tastes like it might have been frozen and then naked. it's not so cheap. I feel like the people who come here or, like me, wait until they move around to actually make their online orders, no creativity in making restaurants decisions. they can get better food for the same price elsewhere

I do love Chipotle, but this one is beyond. One experience I had was as I was ordering, the girl making my bowl proceeded to rake the fallen food off of the counter and throw it back into the food to be served. I was appalled and she didn't seem to care that I called her out on it. I went yesterday and they were out of avocado's, veggies, black beans and sweet tea. The sweet tea seems to be all the time. And if you question the staff about anything, there is always an attitude that comes with an explanation. And they are getting skimpy on their portions.
