Chili's - Tallahassee

Ordered and paid for food online. The given pick-up time turned into an additional 45-minute waiting period after arrival to get the food ordered. The employees who processed online orders for collection, blocking or delivery had the worst customer services. To make the worst, I didn't get a page I paid for.

I went in for lunch. No one was on the host dinner desk when a waitress appears and said she talked to the manager that a table would last for 1 45 minutes before sitting. The restaurant is EMPTY. No good representation of this franchise. I'm not back. I guess it'll be APPLEBEE

This is by far the worst chili?s location that exists. We tried a week ago at 7:45. It was empty and they shut down the table service. We asked to sit at the bar that had more than enough space, socially distanced and was said we couldn't because the bartender was busy?. Try to go back today and there were many tables available, but wait a 25 35 minutes. I received a text 11 minutes later saying that my table was available, and was 12 minutes later. They said they canceled reservations after 10 minutes. Unbelievable. Update: I tried to go back. They left me standing there for 26 minutes on the To Go counter while I saw my food getting cold on the shelf. I called the phone and no one answered, but that was to be expected that her phone rings all the time I was there. I had to go to the kitchen to get a server to get my food cold, 26 minutes later.

Bad service. From hostess to kitchen to server. People are waiting outside. This special chili needs new people. In the past, the staff was kindly well organized and polite. Not anymore. Before the hostess would make you great with a smile. Not anymore. Never eat again at this particular place.

Enjoyed a little rest and a refreshing evening without the kids. Salad, steak and sides was delicious. Margaritas we're perfect.
