My order was made wrong... we asked for No Mayonnaise and no cheese on our burger and it came with both.. Also the frits were cold, not even warm... We were on our way to our hotel so that we had no time to go back and repair it. Also the service was bad

The Caucasian male working at the window displayed an attitude and raised his voice at me when I questioned the discrepancy in pricing between the intercom and the window. This is the second time he has quoted a lower price at the intercom compared to what he tells me at the window. His behavior was rude and unprofessional, which I did not appreciate. If he is unable to respond to valid questions or concerns from customers, he should consider pursuing a different profession. My suggestion would be for him to stop providing customers with conflicting prices and to seek anger management assistance.

They were nice and fast and sufficient didn't have to wait long for my chicken strips to get cooked and the only thing was I seen a cook eating out of fries while he was cooking did not like that part but otherwise they were all right thank you

Yesterday, I ordered fries because it was "fry day," but they couldn't find my order because I had to redeem the promotion in person instead of online. Despite the confusion, I ended up paying $5 for what should have been a free extra-large fry. Overall, my recent experiences at this restaurant have left me disappointed.

It's nice to have the window, as I'm just riding my bike instead of driving more.
