Burger King - Tallahassee

Good food, bad service. There is one employee in particular who has stopped me from using the lobby before it was even closed and has stopped me from using the water in the soda machine for a refill. She said I had to ask permission to use the water. It makes no sense how she's being strict and giving me a hard time knowing that I'm a paying customer too.

I'm happy this place finally reopened. The staff it used to have, they made it golden. The new staff aren't bad from what I've seen but they were messing around so much when I was there last, they forgot to take my payment and I thought I just forgot that they did but when I checked my bank there was no charge. I called to let them know and I even offered to come back and pay but whoever picked up the phone didn't seem like they wanted to be bothered about the issue so... free food I guess.

I am not sure if this is the right location BK. The one I am reviewing is the one in Magnolia Park Courtyard, aka Winn Dixie Plaza. I was in Tally evacuating from Tampa during the hurricane. I went to this BK for coffee in the a.m. and a whopper jr. at night. Every time I went there, it was obvious they were short staffed but they as courteous, pleasant, and professional as I've ever seen. I had the best whopper jr. there that I've ever had. The coffee was great and the staff was awesome. Hope the right people get the credit. But even when I called another BK location the person who answered was also courteous, pleasant and professional.

For me it's hard to beat a Whopper from BK. Good service but the restaurant inside could have been cleaner. I watched two employees pass by some trash on the floor without picking it up.

Fast friendly store. Nice remodeling done. Easy access and very clean. And the dining room is open. And they take your order not some touch screen.
