Buffalo Wild Wings - Tallahassee

Ordered takeout because I?m exhausted and didn?t feel like cooking. Not only did they forget my sauce, but they served me burnt chicken and fries and there is no way to contact the restaurant directly for a reorder.

So let me preface this with, if you are coming into this restaurant with any expectations of having a normal all be it standard dining experience let me tell you please leave it in the car. Matter of fact just get back into the car and go make food at home. We sat down and it took 15 minutes to be greeted. We ordered our drinks, two Micheladas, I specifically asked for Michelob Ultra as my beer instead of Modelo. 20 minutes later my drink finally arrived with some sort of mixture at the bottom. Tasted it and it was obviously Modelo not Michelob. Add another twenty minutes later the right drink was finally brought out, and when I say that this is what baby vomit, or acid reflux tastes like this is it. I?m not sure what gastrointestinal juices they brought out to me but it was foul. Now let?s get onto the food. I ordered 10 traditional wings and my partner ordered chicken street tacos with a chips and salsa appetizer with a side of guacamole. I?ve never been to a restaurant in where your appetizer is brought last but I suppose there?s a first for everything? when I inquired about the appetizer she had told me she asked the cook where it was and he said he was busy and didn?t have time? um ok. When our food finally did come out my wings were so dry that I was for sure that they were mummified chickens smothered in hot sauce. My partners street tacos were so salty like they had marinated in the tears cried by the chickens themselves. All in all if you value your time, money, patience and taste buds go somewhere else honey cause this is definitely not it.

Myself my coworkers eat at Buffalo Wild Wings in Tallahassee, Fl all the time for lunch. We always order for delivery through the website. The last few times we have not received our drinks our fries have been cold and hard. Each time we don?t receive a drink we reach back out to the restaurant they always say there is nothing they can do about it due to the fact that their delivery service is through a 3rd party. Today 11/15/2022, we ordered again we received our food with cold fries NO DRINK. I reached out to the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager. The manager named Jonathon came to the phone, I explained to him what happened why I was upset. Because it was an ongoing situation with the restaurant we are tired of the same things happening. Our office is only 2-4 minutes away from the restaurant there is no reason why we should have cold fries. Also, not every delivery driver is going to keep our drinks. Jonathon was very rude to me he hung the phone up on me 3 times. Each time I called back to ask for a corporate number he proceeded to tell me he did not have a corporate number to give me hung the phone up again. I reached out to the Valdosta Georgia restaurant and the manager there took my name number to have her Area Manager reach out to me. No one has reached out to me. I took our order back to the restaurant to get our drinks to see if we could get some fresh fries. Jonathon came from the back I refused to talk to him due to him being very rude disrespectful on the phone. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years, I have even been a manager I know you do not treat your customers the way Jonathon treated me. This situation needs to be handled! I refuse to step foot back into Buffalo Wild Wings due to your manager Jonathon?s behavior!

I went to this restaurant for a quick lunch but ended up waiting for an hour and forty minutes for everything. I had to wait to be seated, wait for a server, wait for drinks, and wait to place our order. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich that was soggy and had a single piece of old bacon. The chicken seemed to be frozen and reheated as it was difficult to bite through. Overall, I was very disappointed with the entire experience and would not recommend it.

Great location with ample parking and welcoming service. The restaurant offers plenty of seating to enjoy watching the upcoming football season. Picky's recommendation is to try mixing the Wild Sauce and Teriyaki for a delicious blend of heat and sweetness that creates a fantastic flavor profile. For those who enjoy intense heat, you can also add Reaper sauce, but be warned, it packs quite a punch.
