Terrible service. Moving on to the next dish without having picked up the previous one while the waitresses whisper among themselves is not worthy of a restaurant of this kind. Is a love and I can not. I don 't understand how they gave it a Michelin Star. (I put one here because I can not put less). Lousy and slow service, they are not aware of the client, they do talk to each other. A lot of white gloves and little knowledge of the protocol necessary to serve in a restaurant of this supposed category. Dirty table linen and chipped and broken crockery, which sometimes is not removed when serving the next dish. We were excited to celebrate an event, as it was impossible to contact us by phone at any time for several days, we sent an email asking if the chef would be there during the service and although they confirmed it in writing (I suppose for fear of losing the reservation) he wasn 't even there. he was not expected and they didn 't even bother to give us an explanation. We love to celebrate special moments in haute cuisine restaurants and it seems to me that Carlos Maldonado has not understood what that concept means and all that it entails. By the way, we found the place intuitively, it doesn 't even have a name on the façade. Pity about experience and money, it is not worth it. Hugely disappointing, the service was abysmal, neither attentive nor caring, and attention to detail was non-existent. The food was especially powerful and strong in flavour, but the problem was that the menu is quite misleading, since the main flavors of the dishes were not the ones that were reflected but completely different ones. I give it 5 stars because I can 't give it more. Spectacularly rich food, impeccable service and very friendly and attentive staff, especially Carlos who couldn 't be more humble and charming. We went on a bit of a rebound, taking advantage of the fact that it was more or less close to us and that there was just a reservation available for the day we could and we couldn 't leave happier due to the combination of food, atmosphere and treatment received. During the meal you can see how they work and the excellent organization and harmony that the entire team has. It is appreciated to go to a place where they make you feel so good and on top of that you enjoy excellent dishes. Clear example that things done well work. And of course a clear reflection of the passion, work and effort on the part of Carlos and his entire team. Furthermore, Carlos has all my admiration and his new project Semillas could not seem more beautiful or necessary to me. I loved meeting someone like him because he is an excellent person.
