Crotto Dul Bem - TALAMONA

Not being able to celebrate as you must with the nod, this year we opted for lunch...in solitary. the crotto is on top of the village of talamona, all in stone and set up with some cribs in the garden, it was only missing the snow to make it magical. we need the nice and young owner; we order appetizers of mixed meats, crushed, lazzoccheri (buonissimi) and cut with potatoes. very pleasant and quiet lunch then descend to the village and visit the famous cribs. I recommend this crotto if you do not have many claims but you want to eat well.

Beautiful location in the green valley. neat and clean place. the staff is nice and kind. excellent crumbs, taroz and vegetables and what lazzoccheri! to improve the slices. excellent desserts.

Perfect for an evening in company, we were in the room that is very comfortable small but very nice (there are only a few tables) and we ate great, sliced exceptional, the very good strikes (only flaw maybe too few) lazzoccheri and cut excellent.. Reasonable and honest price. We'll be back!

Two appetizers composed of some slice of sliced slice and a supposed hunter or salami of the area. Two slices of about 1 cm per size 10x10 of ricotta of unclear origin. A jar of gardener made in the house of about 8 cm for 3 cm tall. 5 agnolotti stuffed with braised? With saffron and thyme cream? 1/2 water, 1/2 blurred wine, 1 coffee and a bitter. Total 60 euros? If you have to go there, and it's not convenient to get there, take the working menu. 40 euros less, but at least pay what you eat. Of course if you arrive from metropolitan cities, even the fried duos seem to you cotolette, as well as the reviews of the premises leave the time they find. Friendly staff and good and well cooked dishes. A lunch full of simplicity and well-being. ♪
