Aarons Kitchen - Tairua

Just eaten some of the best fish n chips from Aaron's Kitchen Tairua, great fresh fish, crispy batter, and beautiful battered mussels. Definitely recommend them.

Couple of days ago ordered from here and unfortunately had to chuck our meals as the Chinese food ordered was not Chinese at all and both dishes has a fishy taste to it. Also lack of any seasoning and plainly tasteless all round.

Brilliant. These guys have impeccable covid systems should be congratulated for it. Friendly efficient service. Ready when they said it would be. And no idea what they put in their mix, but I think someone used to work at kfc because both the battered and crumbed versions of the fish had some secret 11 herb and spices that gave an incredible complimentary flavour to the fish- most creative subtle little twist I’ve had in years. Beautiful snapper with a lovely crunchy coating and super tasty Kumara chips. Highly recommended.

Pretty overpriced for the quality. Fish was fresh but fried rice noodles was very bland.
