This philosophy involves using spices to promote health, which has been proven to be effective scientifically. The restaurant offers Indian-style meals that are 100% vegan, making it the only place in Taipei to do so. While Flavour of India is vegan-friendly, it also offers a variety of Taiwanese and international dishes, as well as fusion cuisine. The interior of the restaurant is charming, located at the end of a quiet, tree-lined pedestrian street. Additionally, customers have access to free wifi and power outlets. This restaurant has quickly become one of my favorite hangout spots.
To get takeout, you must provide a deposit or bring your own container. The burrito was delicious.

Located near a busy intersection at the entrance of NTNU, the restaurant may be a bit hard to find at first, but you can spot it by the large green letters spelling "Veganism" outside. Inside, the space is comfortable and spacious, with good airflow thanks to fans and air vents. The friendly staff provided us with a bilingual menu and even showed us photos of each dish to help us choose. They were also accommodating of food sensitivities, confirming safe options for me. The menu clearly labels dishes containing alliums and notes that all food and desserts are gluten-free. I enjoyed the carrot noodles with turmeric tahini and the variety of boiled vegetables that accompanied our entrees. My friend tried the Brussels sprouts with beetroot tahini, which had a unique flavor thanks to rose petals. You can choose between roasted sweet potatoes or multi-grain rice with certain entrees, and we found the sweet potatoes to be delicious. The restaurant offers a 10% discount for Plants Fan VIP cardholders and accepts vouchers from digital rewards programs. I was impressed by their zero-waste practices, including cloth towels instead of disposable napkins and self-serve water pitchers with infused options. I will definitely return when I'm in the area.
The restaurant is a bit tricky to find, located near a busy junction by the entrance of NTNU. However, you can easily spot it with the big green letters spelling "Veganism" outside. Once inside, the atmosphere is comfortable and spacious with good ventilation. The staff is friendly and accommodating, on top of providing a bilingual menu, the waitress even showed us photos of the dishes to help us choose. The owner even took the time to ensure that my food sensitivities were noted. The menu clearly marks which dishes contain alliums, and while nuts are not used in regular menu items, all desserts on the chalkboard contain almond flour. The soup is coconut milk-based and all dishes are gluten-free. I particularly enjoyed the carrot noodles with Turkish tahini and the variety of cooked vegetables that came with our main courses. The vegan carpaccio salad was a standout, and we appreciated the option to choose roasted sweet potatoes or multigrain to accompany our meals. The restaurant also offers a 10% discount for VIP card holders and accepts digital reward points as payment. One of the highlights was their commitment to zero waste, providing cloth napkins instead of disposable paper ones. They also offer a selection of flavored water for self-service. I will definitely be returning when I'm in the area again.
