Soup is clear on arrival,perhaps 1/3 of meat almost rear. But with the hot soup, it basically is still cooking when served. Soup turns slight cloudy as meat cooks through. What an aesthetic experience!!! Food served in heavy chinaware, and to see the pink meat change color. I thought the soup base has subtle corn flavour to it, very natural sweetness. Total 110NT. I had this for breakfast.
Tainan is famous for cattle soup. When it comes to late snack, many people recommend BEEF SOUP. Usually the restaurant of beef soup opens late, closes late. Some of them even open until tomorrow. Fresh beef cuts are never frozen. They only put raw beef in the bowl, use cook soup to eat it ready. That's the best thing I've eaten on this trip. The beef is very delicate and juicy, and the soup is light, but tasteful.

Super delicious famous Tainan beef soup ~ We probably didn't have to wake up at 5:00 to try it (it wasn't too many customers yet), but it was certainly nourishing! The broth feels so clean and perfect for sick days. The beef is also very QQ, with a beautiful Bouncy texture, and perfectly paired with the sweet ginger diving sauce. Yum!
