Four-star review (previous): The tea at this restaurant is top-notch. The milk tea is perfectly brewed and not too sweet. The black tea is consistently good. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, though the air-conditioning isn't always working. The kitchen is open, so you can see your meal being prepared.
