It is really the challenge to find vegan brot in taiwan: butter, milk, eggs, honey and even milk powder is often used. but at fortunate coffee I can be sure that what I get is a clean brot. they are currently baking on Wednesday and selling for the week from Thursday. I have the coffee and chocolate bread (NT$60) that was the perfect size for someone who lives on. the staff recommended that I cut home, and freeze it to ferment the brot from the continuation. reheating was so easy to take a disc out of the freezer and scattered it for a few minutes. I enjoyed every disc with a nut butter and some cocoa butter. I look forward to tasting their other brote!
Lady was beautiful and the food we had was excellent.
I came here a night, on which hunt for pure vegan food and that I have. fresh made bread, juice and pasta, all delivered with a friendly smile and excellent service. I can't recommend enough
We tried the black pepper burger, which I thought had a bit too much pepper, but my wife enjoyed it. The popcorn shrimp was good, but could have used a sauce. The sourdough bread plate had tasty bread slices. The waffles were really good and the sandwiches were a hit with our group. Overall, a pleasant experience despite the small hiccup with the service.
