Minghu Lao - T'ai-chung-shih

It is the interested local restaurant. there are many Chinese foods. good price and beautiful taste. I have tried 500 NTD set and I have three menus. recommend them steamed fish, it was so fresh and delicious.

This restaurant serves very good food. I only complain that the dish and bowl or even the glass for water is too small. it is called the president fish that is a catch of sun moon lake that is just on the back of the restaurant. During the day they take the window table on the back if they want a good look. also goto the second stage, so they can enjoy their food and also look at the lake.

Good eating with moderate trips. try the local sea fish recommended by late presidents. with view of the sea and pier, location very comfortable. lunch menu for 2 dishes 1 suppe in the value of the moderate price they pay.

Mediocre at best. We had the 3 entre meal for 500NT. Chi li fish didn't have flavor. The chayote veggies tasted like weeds with garlic. Soup was bland. The food also came out so quick it felt precooked and heated up on demand. It's quite disappointing because the location is prime and the owners could up their game. They were very accommodating and nice. But the food just wasn't up to par.

All dishes (fried rice, stewed tofu, shrimp) has no flavour. Rice was burnt. Basil pancake was the only dish that was enjoyable. Couldn’t communicate or find chili sauce. Only soya or ketchup.
