Mcdonald's - Tagum City

My recent visit to McDonald's was marked by satisfying food and service, but the counter area's cramped layout near the entrance proved inconvenient during peak hours, leading to congestion and a less-than-smooth ordering experience. A redesign of the counter space could greatly enhance the overall customer satisfaction by allowing more room for comfortable lining up and improving the flow of customers, while still maintaining the efficient service and delicious food that McDonald's is known for. The place is neat and tidy. The food is served hot and fast. Although, it is crowded, the scenery from the 2nd floor is superb. It is a great place for birthdays or just a normal meal. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
