T.G.I. Friday's - Taguig

Went there and ordered the appetizer with shrimp Fish and calamari was about 1500.00 pesos was dry and tasteless I've been to other TGI restaurants in the United States this was horrible I sent it back and asked for refund also the atmosphere was like a funeral parlor also I notice service was slow bar tender was at least professional I don't see this place making it unless they get somebody from head quarters to come in and show them what a TGI Fridays restaurant in the United States is operated like would never return there also there price was more than United States for item I ordered

Had lunch with my family here and staffs are not really attentive and flexible. Service are slow and not accommodating. I love TGI Fridays specially the food but I would never come back in this branch. I would consider on going to other place that can give better service.

We ate dinner at TGIF in Venice Grand canal mall last May 2016 (sorry for the super late review :) kinda busy). The ambience was nice... sleek, quiet and very comfy...we ordered back ribs as usual :D... as we ate I noticed that the ribs was a bit overcooked, i was bit disappointed but my sister don't care she's almost finish eating half of the slab when the crew ask us if how's the food... i told her its kind of over cooked and their manager approach us... she offered to change the ribs and i said no need because my sister consumed almost half of it but she insisted, she said you will pay for that slab and you deserve for what you paid for... then they brought a new slab it was perfectly done... hot and juiciest as ever..just like the usual TGIF back ribs...and we thank her a lot. And my sister enjoyed so much and i don't know where she placed all this ribs in her stomach... when we asked for the bill .. we notice that they didn't include the slab and I ask the manager... she replied that it's a compliment... we insisted that we should pay because we had almost 2 slabs but they refused... she replied that they do it to maintain the TGIF quality and service...We really thank the staff of TGIF for this and i wish all of the restaurant would do this... The crews was well mannered and very accommodating. I would also like Miss Rie and her manager for making our dinning experience more enjoyable... and i always recommend this resto to all of my friends...

I have never seen so many TGIFs in my life. It was a tiny part of a big disappointment. Avoid this place.

Whenever we have something to celebrate, we always choose to go to this TGI Fridays location. The servers are incredibly friendly, and we have visited so often that they already know us by name. We are familiar with the server's names as well. The mozzarella sticks are delicious, and I always enjoy their Jack Daniels chicken. The fajitas are also amazing, and we are hoping they bring back the chili cheese fries, as they were really good. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff truly enhances the dining experience!
