We enjoyed a beautiful, traditional American Thanksgiving dinner here. the service was solid, and we had a relaxed culinary experience. the meal was presented on a separate table in buffet style with a truthahncarrier station and a many number of other feeds, including ripening, pot roasting, kartoffelmaisch, gravy and...more waldorfsalat, kochsalat and a garnelensalat, along with jambalaya. Finally, the dessert station contained limecake, pumpkinpie, brownpie the truthahn was moist (this is the most important part! and the gravitation and the kartoffels were delicious. the waldorfsalat was pretty sweet. I liked that the cakes were cut into small pieces to remove waste and diners the possibility to try a lot of desserts. I am curious to find what restaurant 101 will prepare for other celebrations!

I tried 101 restaurant again after the new young cook justin the restaurant collapsed. I must say everything was great presented, beautifully balanced and great tasting. I don't think there is any other restaurant with this value for money here in daytime. if I remember. then they expanded the market menu to up to 6 cursor menus. the menu I had was influenced by French-Japanese. I'm not sure if it was only for this menu or if justin continues this line. but it was and will again be a great culinary experience.

Was there for a high-time anniversary. its clean well maintained place with a beautifully maintained race. Eating is okay, nothing imaginative, just their French names.

Went there with recommendation but was thoroughly disappointed. Ordered 3 courses from the market menu. The seared scallop was unfresh, tasted of baking soda, and hardly seared at all. The Angus rib was supposed to be their best seller, but it was served cold in...the middle and has a fridge taste. The souffle was too thick, and runny in the bottom. my friend who ordered grills, the meat was dry and tasteless. The waitress can't answer questions re the menu and had to summon her colleague twice for help. Totally unimpressed and thumbs down.
