Just something that frustrated me this late. We had Jollibee delivered via grab. Ordered chicken for my son, while I was trying to get him a bite, I found it super hard to even slice. Tried opening it up with my hands and to my...surprise a deep fried towel. This is really disturbing... How the hell do you get the towel in the batter and even fry it!?!? Yung totoo? I really thought that the post complaining about weird stuff in their orders were just all made up, now I know that it really happens! So disgusting and embarrassing... to think that you're even branched in BGC. There's a first for everything. And this has been the worst first! Calming myself down for this... But WTH. Now I can't even think of the other chickenjoys na kasama while frying this. Having the same oil for how many hours after frying this FRIED TOWEL. Ano pa kaya kasabay ng mga chickenjoy natin? You may get your chickenjoy pero baka may kasabay nang towel. The essence of the towel contaminated the oil and the batter from the supplier so how many chickenjoys are affected? We won't know...

October we booked for birthday party, people. My family were told to it's ok to settle the payment at the end of the said month. My family came back today to settle the payment but it's really disappointing to know by the...manager that the day we booked was already given to someone else. How could that be possible??? The manager answer was, am sorry because the person you dealt with is just new as trainee and all what she can say was go ahead and make a complaint Absolutely! There was no action made. Showing arrogance and incompetency! Very poor dealing with customer who booked people!! and just doesn't care like that!!! IS THE JOLLIBEE MANAGEMENT AWARE HOW MUCH TRANSACTION YOU ARE LOOSING!!! PEOPLE WITH HIGHEST AMOUNT OF BIRTHDAY PACKAGE??

I always choose jollibee whenever i travel the globe cause they always give a good quality of CS and good quality of food but i was shocked on this branch located in taguig cause the staff there where rude to take orders. they dont attend...to there costumers well. the food also is not cooked properly this only the branch that i saw the staff like this and i will not come back to that branch again..

I love their chicken, very Filipino. But I love that langka-banana and mango flavored sundae the most. I always rather eat here than it's competitor within the same floor of the mall. It's just that I always got that minutes to serve your chicken ..when I order. I am thankful though for their service, especially to the night shifters.

The most popular item is the spaghetti with sweet red sauce and hotdog. Their outlet in SM aura is big with a lot of seats and tables but they do need to upgrade their facilities as the seats are worn down.
