Ineng's - Taguig

I don't usually review restaurants like this because it's actually a chain of restaurants. People all over the Metro is already familiar with it and we all pretty much know what to expect. I'll just talk about their service. They suck! Bigtime! I tried their branch in Ortigas Extension and they had errors in getting orders. The food I ordered came in with a different set. Hey Ineng's management, wake up!

Service is bad. We waited for an hour and a half for our orders to be served. Furthermore, some of the food served to us were not part of our order list.

Service can still be improved only if crew are attentive. You need to call the crew several times. Wait time was too long with few customers; there were only 4 tables occupied during that time i was there. Food tastes good.

Worst Lunch Experience ever!! Bad service!! Expecting already a jam packed because it's a Sunday. But, is it enough reason for a bad service? Or they are choosing who'll they serve better? We came earlier than those on the other table but they serve the food of the other table first rather than us. Yes, the barbecue is so delicious, but we waited for like almost one hour? We just ordered pansit bihon, barbacue, dinuguan and shanghai. Does it take one hour to prepare those? And they gave our order pancit canton on the other table!! That's why we just cancelled it!! Annoyiiiing!!!!! They also don't wash the glasses immediately that's why they gave us paper cups for our iced tea! ughhh!! I did not take picture of other dish because of my disappointment. Overall: DISAPPOINTING. If you like waiting for like an hour for your food? Go here.

I always enjoyed the food of Ineng's.. but today, with this particular branch, the service was more important at a time when we were very hungry and not informed that it is already last call in ordering. They were already cleaning the restaurant and not even minding our needs such as when they served our order they did not give the plates and kubyertos and even the vinegar etc. We had to ask for everything and they gave it one by one. Such a hassle. And when we still wanted to eat, they did not accept our order.. specially when they did not say it is last call ...
