Lovely menu bloomin awful food - oh and it's called Dario's now, I've tried adding it as a new resto on T.Adv. but no joy so far :/ Ordered steak, omg, swear down it had been boiled and then flash fried, I've never had a mushy steak before and I hope to never put anything so vile in ma face again! To add insult to injury the 'mash' was, no word of a lie, Smash, and poorly made Smash at that, like an anaemic dog had barfed on the plate. Pops had some salmon pasta - bleugh was the sound he made when asked how it was lol. With sooo many amazing restaurants in this area we were gutted that what looked and sounded like a lovely Italian was in fact serving absolutely the nastiest food I think I've ever eaten. Wanted to treat our friends at a good quality real European Cuisine restaurant, French or Italian as there are not tons of them in Manila, we were at BCG walking around and we decided upon looking at the menu to give it a try and entered. inside, the setting looks homey, cozy, European table set, the Filipino chef's cooking is really tasting delicious, authentic Italian cuisine, no wonder... the chef went to Italy. This restaurant is a little gem, despite an average look from outside, the restaurant is serving dishes with a quality that is to the level of some of the most classy hotels' restaurants like the Inagiku at Shangri-La Makati. Having been dinning in Europe, in so many different “Italian” restaurants, we were surprised that this restaurant's Cuisine is one of the best we ever had eaten in and it was in the Philippines, we were amazed. Our pastas and the salmon pizza with black and red caviar from Canada was delicious in its simplicity. One of the best pizzas ever tasted. This restaurant may not be listed in the Michelin's best Restaurants' book but is a “fine Dinning” restaurant, but it is for sure one of the best restaurant around NCR and one Worth going to when in Bonifacio Global City. The chef must keep up his excellent work, always making sure to keep the freshness and passion for cooking.Service was excellent, attending to the needs of clients, the team was a bit strict, not really smiling but efficient dynamic, formal and professional.Quick reminder, this is not your local American/Pinoy taste pizza/pastas shop where you are used to see local pizzas with a ton of toppings and greasy dough, that the more you put the more the pizza is expensive, nor is it serving the cheap pastas for kids that come in a small box that most fellows are used to. No, this is authentic Italian style cooking, not pinoy way cooking. You come here to taste something different, the taste of Italian Cuisine, as close as possible to Italy, here it must be quality first and yet still the size of plates are fair for their respective prices and yes it is mahal na mahal for most, but if you enter in such restaurant you should be ready to spend. If you just want to play classy And rich and after complain about how this type of restaurants are expensive and/or that there are not enough toppings for the price, etc... then, that shows you for what you are, cheap, and that also means that you really did not understand at all what this type of restaurant is about. It is about having a good time, it is about enjoying high quality cuisine, it is about delicatessen. and finally, about the bill, it is up to the quality of the chef's talent it is worth every pesos and centimos (centavos) spent. This restaurant specializes in Italian food from Tuscany. One of the better Italian restaurants in Manila. Service was good. However, it was quite warm in the dining area as the airconditioner was not working.

They changed the restaurant name to Dario's. Still the same menu but the lobster ravioli was missing and same price points. Everything was the same except the name is now Dario's...

Real Italian food and beverage in the pedestrian zone nearby High Street in Bonifacio Global City. Pasta, meat, cold meat and salads... all as if you were in Italy, and at quite good price.
