The hamburger, while crispy, is just average. It might be a hit for those feeling nostalgic or looking for a taste of the West, but otherwise, it's just your typical McDonald's with no surprises.
The atmosphere is clean, however, the customer service is very poor. I did not enjoy the service in the dining area or the serving area, as it was not polite.
It was hot outside, but it was even hotter inside McDonald's. Despite the spacious seating, there was a long wait because it was crowded. Unlike in Korea, there was rice as a side menu. The menu was a bit lacking in salty taste. It was a set menu different from Korea. It seemed to be popular among locals in the Philippines.
My problem was i order chicken filet, because that and fish o filet is what i eat in that place. But they surprised me 2 times give a chicken burger which i will never eat. Told the personell, this is not filet. But of course they know better. Second time same happened and i ask for the manager. Well she also insisted its their chicken filet in Bohol, well i told her this is not filet and nor been close to a filet. After long discussion i get my filet and excuse that they were wrong. Well its not bad its simply Mc D
It's a junk food eatery option if you happen to have cravings for junk food on your travels. We got tired of filipino rice, chicken and noodles after 2 weeks and it was a good alternative to grab some fast food on one occasion. Not my favourite tho.
