DoorRooChiGi is the stable dish of Daejeon (I have been told). This plave has been around over 20 years. It is simple spicy Tofu stew with overgrown green onion. After eating Tofu, you mix boiled handcut noodle (extra charge) in the spicy sauce. Even locals appear to have hard time handling its spiciness. There is artificial fruit flavor juice called 'Coolpis ' which will help to bring down burning sensation. If you can handle spicy food, you will enjoy the dish. There is same dish with squid. Boiled pork dish is also recomaneded. Dip the meat in the sauce! Good luck.
