Taco Time Nw - Tacoma

The tots were cold upon receiving them via the drive-thru. I parked and brought the tots back inside, told the manager that they were cold and he promptly made and brought me a new batch. Understandable that things like this happen, very pleased by how they handled it. Will return, but might not recommend.

This place is always really backed up. I wouldn't come here if you are in a rush. The food is good though and worth it if you don't need the fastest food.

The food was made wrong and they don't have anyone at counter to take order. And also could give you better portion of meat on your order.

I recently worked here because I love the food, but I wasn’t trained properly…or at all. I was there for about 2 weeks and got blindly put into certain tasks such as cooking and cashiering. I’ve never worked a job before and I informed them of that but I basically had to train myself there. I wouldn’t recommend working here.

Consistent with all other taco time locations. Thee indoor seems recently renovated. Very nice location with large flatscreens for menus. Good place for a quick bite.
