Pho Bac Cafe - Tacoma

Nothing to write home about. Decent pho. More watery than that full bone broth we all love. Now this was my first time and I’m hoping it was an off day, because based on all the good reviews I can’t imagine what I had would get all these 5 stars. Small beef pho $14.00 total flat no tax. Man the cost of pho has gone up!

The husband brought me here because I was sick and thought some pho would do the trick. And my goodness, he was right. This is the 4th pho place we'd gone to after our favorite place closed down. The brisket pho is SO GOOD‍ The owner was wonderful in making sure to take excellent care of us during dining in.

Absolutely the best and most authentic pho. The broth is amazing and absolutely on point, everything is always fresh!

Don't even bother with any others... If you're DTP (Down to Pho , this is where to go. Best broth out of any places I have tried in the greater Tacoma area. UPDATE: they accept credit cards now! Small, quaint, family owned business. Not fancy, but cozy. Best pho I have ever had. Limited menu allows the concentration to be on quality over quantity.
