They have reported a planned closure at the end of the month, with no date for reopening. Absolutely lovely people and service. Good was familiar and comforting.
Best Chinese food I had in Tacoma/Lakewood area. Authentic food quality and taste. Waiting time is reasonable. Customer service is above and beyond. I went there with my wife late last night, half hour before closing and they were very welcoming and didn’t mind us to sit down. We loved it a lot and planned to come back. Sadly, the owner told us they are shutting down for good at the end of this month— very disappointing to lose such a good place!
Authentic Cantonese cuisine... dishes are well executed and the staff is very friendly and attentive!! Highly recommended... can definitely rival Chinese restaurants in NYC Chinatown!!Beef chow fun had excellent wok hei...that complex charred aroma that fleetingly cloaks the piping hot stir fries served in Cantonese restaurants. The hallmark of an outstanding chef, wok hei literally translated as 'breath of a wok ' results from a complex interplay of factors that is part science, part art, part magic.Snow pea leaves were fresh and crispy stir fried with wonderful minced garlic. Hot pot of fish, tofu and eggplant was sizzling with flavors and textures. Sizzling beef was amazing!I 've also been here for their dim sum and it 's very well worth coming here for that as well.
I looked all over trying to find some egg foo young. This was the nastiest food I have ever had. The gravy was nothing but a bowl of Greece it was so gross. When I called them they said that's how I was supposed to be oh wow... I would not recommend this to my worst enemy..
