The waitress was friendly, but slow. The food overall was mediocre, not outstanding. The brisket sandwich was disappointing, and the fries were both dry and hard.

I usually like going to Famous Dave's and was excited to dine there with my family. However, I encountered some issues during my visit. I ordered a 'Smokin Long Island Tea' which is meant to be served with smoke, but the waitress only brought the tea without the smoke-filled glass. When I asked about it, she said it wasn't available. I was disappointed and hoped for a discount, but she didn't offer one. I ended up just getting a regular iced tea instead. Surprisingly, she later brought the smoke-filled glass and I was able to enjoy the drink as advertised. Additionally, we had to pay extra for the Brisket, which was very fatty and not enjoyable to eat.

Our family used to love this place, but after our last visit we won't be going back. The restaurant was not very busy, with plenty of tables everywhere, yet it took 90minutes for our food to arrive. I can forgive a long wait if the food is worth it, which it normally is. This time however, the food was awful. My ribs were dry as shoe leather, the burgers were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside and my son's 3 chicken tenders were roughly the size of a shrimp. Throughout it all our server was nowhere to be found. The one time I managed to get his attention, he looked me in the eye, turned on his heel and walked away.

Tried requesting a table through the website only to be told they were not taking reservations because it was Father’s Day weekend. It would be nice if they could disable this system when they are not taking reservations as we drove an hour to eat there. We joined the waitlist and waited. My husband went up to ask if there was a limited menu since they also said they were doing limited seating. The hostess said no it was a regular menu and then added they were out of ribs. This was never said when we walked in. Pretty disappointing experience. We left.
