Baskin-robbins - Tacoma

The red head employee who I’m assuming is a manager is a Karen. She’s also seems to think her position is security/law enforcement first and maybe customer service 2nd or 3rd. I could go on but I’ll just leave it at that. Cant stand her.

I had a birthday scoop and the manager refused to give it to me, I redeemed the coupon and showed them but they made me go back and I could no longer access it as it was redeemed. Never coming back here terrible customer service.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. It's absolutely intolerable! I tried to call because my sister, who is in a wheelchair, couldn't get in. The woman on the phone was extremely rude; she cursed at me when I asked her to repeat herself because I couldn’t hear. She even called me names. This is unacceptable, and I will never return to Baskin Robbins because of this employee. I've also heard from others that she threatened them by trying to run them over with her car.

Around 8 PM, I took my family of four out for ice cream. We all had a hard time deciding, but the staff was incredibly patient with us. They made us feel welcome the entire time, even when we asked to sample multiple flavors!
