Allstar Burgers - Tacoma

I was looking for a good burger place since we moved here last week and stumbled across Allstar Burger and philly. I like to try non- franchise places and I am definitely giving a 5 star. I'd give more if I could. My husband got the western burger and I got the combo Philly cheese steak and I will definitely be a repeat customer. Family owned and ran. Fair price for good burgers. i cant even finish the mega burger its so much! i frequent the place a few times a month havent been let down yet. pictured is the mexican burger.

Takes about 15 mins. Was a good experience except for 1 exception the fries were not fresh. They were hard and undercooked,, gross so i threw them away. I ordered the beef philly cheese sandwich which was delicious and I had fried mushrooms mushrooms looks nice but had too much breading for my liking and was tasteless. I'm definitely going back for the philly I'll just make sure the fries are fresh before I leave. As a head up if you have any time restraint, then no problem, just call it in ahead because regardless there will be a 15 minute worth wait. Oh yeah hubby got the French dip and au jus he said the sandwich it self was good au jus needed work.

We are truck drivers and are not from here, but we have eaten Philly's from all over the country. The Philly Cheese steak here is SO delicious!!! Definitely one of the best we have had. And the people were very friendly too. They cooked it fresh. If we are ever back around here, we will stop by for sure!!

I've been coming here since 2011. My friends and I would walk a couple of blocks to get a bite to eat. Back then the food was great and the price was amazing for four 11 year olds to afford. I recently went back in January and the food is still amazing and the quality is the best. The prices did go up slightly, but compared to other restaurants, it's not a huge difference. The only thing I wished is that their ice cream machine worked 100% of the time because those milk shakes are delicious!
