I travel quite frequently for work and this hotel is up there with the worst of them. The staff at the front desk are completely lacking any kind of customer service going as far as yelling at one of the owners of the company I work for , for literally looking out a window.... although the restaurant staff were incredible it doesnt make up for the rest of the hotel experience. The rooms could be fantastic if the heat was turned on and the water was hot when you shower hot only turned on and its luke warm then freezing after 5 min). Overall my experience here has been very disappointing. Hopefully this reaches someone who cares about this establishment and things change. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 5

Omg I have no idea where to start! First the good... the staff and service was great! Next the bad, the hotel is RUN down!!! Nothing works... no ice machines in working order, our toilet handle was broken, not super clean, hot tub out of order, the foosball table is broken, the lounge closes at 10pm and they do not let you know. The receptionist was not informative at all!! Don 't even get me started on the free breakfast at the restaurant especially the Sunday Buffet that they boast about online! Not worth the hotel throwing the free breakfast into the price of the stay! Yuck!

Will not be staying here ever again. Motel 8 had better service and accommodations for half the price. My one star goes purely to the good food and sweet waitress in the lounge. Extremely disappointed.Rooms: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Location: 3/5 …More
