Jack's In West Po

This restaurant could use new management, to resolve some of the on going issues they are experiencing.

There was, what appeared to be, an eyelash in the cheese of my biscuit. My husband took it back to the register, and all they said was, Do you want another one? No apology, nothing. The biscuit they replaced it with wasn 't even what I ordered. This occurred Sunday, April 7th, at approximately 10am.

They should all be fired .order a BLT salad with extra bacon and get no bacon at all but still got charged for extra bacon...

Went there today and ordered a fairly normal meal. Asked for extra cheese on one burger. Asked for extra cheese salt on fries. Got neither of those. Also didn’t get any lettuce on 3/3 burgers big Jack, bigger Jack x2) We also got all of our burgers smashed flat as well. Tried to order in the app and order wouldn’t go through, went there instead and regret that decision. Definitely won’t be back, we live close enough to many other jacks that have been better experiences.
