World Of Beer - Syracuse

Are the cockroaches still around? I used to really enjoy this place, but over the years, the quality has significantly declined in many ways. The service can be dreadful. I say "can be" because there are times when it's acceptable, but it’s truly unacceptable to wait 15 minutes to be served when there are only two other people at the bar. I’ve walked out three times now after not being greeted or served upon sitting down (this was before other issues became apparent). Considering the cleanliness problems on top of this, it's hard to imagine returning. The tables are sticky, the restrooms are disgusting (which I've seen cockroaches in), and this pest problem turns what should be a great spot in the mall for a drink into a complete dive. It's really disappointing. I think I'll just head to one of the other bars in the mall for a drink from now on.

I stopped by for lunch today, and I have to say, every aspect of the service from beginning to end was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The food and beer were exceptional too. We will definitely be returning!

The bartender was completely uninformed about beer. My meal was prepared incorrectly, and when I sent it back, he admitted that it was wrong but returned it in even worse condition. The tortillas were burnt to the point that I couldn't eat them. When the bartender asked how my meal was, I gave her an honest response, and all she said was, "oh."

LOVE this place! And the bartenders are always so friendly and knowledgeable. The food? SPOT ON! Super great place to hang out, have a few beers, some good eats, and chill :

I changed three times to this point because I was not greeted/served at sitting (before one of the other things came to light, that is... In view of the cleaning problems, it is difficult to imagine going back. Klebrige table tops, rough bathrooms (home to the above-mentioned cockroaches, at least where/if I saw them, and the above-mentioned cockroache problem revolves, which should be a great place in the shopping mall to have a drink in an absolute dive. Unhappy. I'm probably going to dive into one of the other restaurant bars when I need a shopping mall moving forward.
