By the time she returned, the food was cold. The restaurant refused to replace the items, even though we offered to bring our entire order back. We had to call corporate to finally resolve the issue.
Each time I order from this restaurant, I find that I am consistently missing items and never receive the accompanying sauce packets. There is always a delay and a lack of consideration.
The prices are high, I did not receive a receipt, two items were missing (Locos Taco and Soft Supreme), there was no sauce provided, too much ice in the drink, but the food I did receive was hot.
My daughter was looking forward to Taco Bell while we were stuck in quarantine for her birthday.. I ordered from here, thinking it was good, but I was completely wrong!!!! I asked for NO LETTUCE on my daughter's tacos because she cannot have it, and theyproceeded to put tiny pieces of lettuce I could never pick out from her food!!! In addition, I could not afford to pay for thedelivery fee again!!! My poor daughter never got her Taco Bell for her birthday. Never coming here again!!!!!!
I paid $10.03 for a #2 combo with chicken ... I got 3 tiny pieces of chicken in my XX large GSB burrito .... I?ll never go back here ... every time I eat at the mall the food sucks !
