Mitsuba Ramen Noodle - Syracuse

My husband and I were on our way to Syracuse to visit my stepson at LeMoyne, and we researched restaurants before our arrival. Mitsuba Ramen Noodle had excellent reviews, and since we're always on the lookout for good ramen, we decided to give it a try. The food and service were outstanding! We started with pork buns, which were absolutely delicious. The cucumber added a fantastic complementary flavor and texture to the meat. My husband and stepson ordered the Tonkotsu Ramen with Black Garlic Oil, while I opted for the Sapporo Miso Ramen. All of the ramen tasted amazing, but I think my Miso broth was the star of the show. The eggs absorbed so much flavor from the oils and broths, making them a true highlight of the dish. Although they were out of Rose Milk Tea, the Coconut Milk Tea was quite good and came with plenty of tapioca pearls, which I loved. The guys enjoyed Passion Fruit Tea, which also had a great flavor. Overall, it was an awesome lunch, and as a bonus, it's just a mile and a half from the college—within walking distance!

I ordered the shiso salmon sushi burrito with spicy mayo, a pork belly steamed bun, and a passion fruit boba slush. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious. The service was friendly, fast, and very accommodating. I will definitely be back!

We stopped by this place on our way home because the kids were craving some fancy Bubble Tea for the ride. The staff was friendly and offered great suggestions on popular flavors and the ingredients in each tea. The kids were happy with their choices, and our order was completed quickly.

Such a yummy lunch spot. I got build-your-own poke and a bubble tea! Both were delicious and filled me up without being heavy. The bubble tea I got was passionfruit green tea with less ice and mango boba.

Food was AMAZING! I got the chicken ramen and it was delicious, my grandmother had the poke bowl and really enjoyed it. Definitely recommend
