Mcdonald's - Syracuse

This is a review of McDonald's. Unless you're from Kazakhstan, you probably know what to expect here. The service is for take-out, the meal type is lunch, and the price per person is between $10 and $20. The food and service both received a rating of 4, while the atmosphere was rated a 3.

I used to dislike coming to this McDonald's, preferring to travel farther for better service and correct orders. However, I must say that this place has made major improvements in the past year. The employees are now friendly and attentive. I'm not sure what prompted this change, but I hope it continues. Food: 4 Service: 5

The drive-thru attendant was extremely discourteous. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated at a 1 out of 5.

We waited 45 minutes for our food and when we got it, it was barely wrapped and we needed to remind them of our order 3 or 4 times. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I had just gotten out of work. Haven't eaten ALL day. I arrived at 11:30pm online it says they are open until midnight. There was a woman there. She completely ignored us. Actually she seen us an kind of ran away. I'm not the one to post a bad review but this further ruined my night (since McDonald's is the only thing open late in this area. All I can say is I won't be coming back. I know this won't effect business my measly $20's isn't going to make or break the company. But I remember when McDonald's was about happy customers! Oh well...
